alhamdulillah. =))

yesterday was the Defend Your Turf tournament held at CCK sports hall.

and,

my team and i made it to the next round! on 22 april at Ngee Ann City.

who could have thought a team like ours would make it.In all justice,our team doesn't consist of players who have the flair and great individual skills,in comparison with other teams which i witnessed playing exquisite soccer.

we had no supporters present or whatever and we were the only team with no subtitutes.yet,we made it and it is partly because of the hardwork we put in,the teamwork and our tenacity to go on.however,there is no reason at all for us to start boasting or anything similar coz humility is very important in my opinion.if u keep humble,in whatever u do.u'll put yourself in a win-win situation..whatever it is,ultimately,we have God to thank. =)

on another point,there was this one team which i(speaking on behalf of the others who were there) thought was very enjoyable to watch.they had the moves and the spirit.=) and i think they will be the favourites to go all the way to the final match at Sentosa.

to members of my team,thank you for making my first experience being in a soccer competition a memorable one. hahah` =)

to the others who gave support,you are not forgotten as well.

there's still a lot to do for the upcoming round.wish us all the best.whether we will win or lose,we don't really care coz we know we'll give our all.

there are bound to be mistakes made by the officials,players might not agree with them,but that is part and parcel of it all and that is expected.

i guess i'll cease here then.
