SUEY-FUL DAY! eugh. . . .

Today(27/12/2005) is indeed a "SUEY-FUL" day. .two awful things happened to me today. .one was @ Siloso Beach(Sentosa) and the other,was in the middle of the road near my block. .of course,the former was the more or perhaps,most humiliating incident that occured to me - period. .


ok. .brace yourself for this guys. .take a deep breath,if you want to. .coz i had to,literally. .hahah. .erm,it was ard a quarter past 1pm. .su,enul,lydia n i just arrived @ Siloso Beach. .it was sweltering hot @ 1st but rain came pouring in later. .but before that,su n i dcided to take a swim. .she reached the other shore first. .i swam later. .

BUT. . . .


i never made it to the other end. . .WHY? coz i got into trouble when i was halfway thru the swim. .i realise that i was changing course. .i should have swam straight. .n if i did that,i would have been on the same land su was stepping on. .


BUT. . . .


halfway,instead of swimming straight,i (without no freakin idea why),started to swim to the left. .WHY again? coz d freakin sea water got into my eyes. .n it wasn't comfortable at all. .so,i began to swim blindly. .that's the reason i wasn't able to swim straight. .


BUT. . . .


here's the gr8 part. .@ least the part where every single one there was focusing their attention on me. .ok,i realise that i could no longer swim as usual. .my arms started to flail uncontrollably. .@ least that's what ppl would assume when someone gets panicky in the water. .i was actually tryna stay afloat n see where i was exactly. .i could see Su laughing away. .(bloody idiot. . -_-" )


BUT. . . .


somehow or rather,i could gather myself to swim back. .or swim foward. .whichever way was shorter. .so,i tried to calm maself down n just submerge myself to get a feel of how deep was the water i was in. .then,i tried to stay afloat again,and if possible,swim again. .then i heard a commotion. .i wasn't sure what it was all about. .bearing in mind the state i was in. .haha. .n if i'm not wrong,i heard ppl clapping n shouting "woah! woah!". .tryna get attention . .


THEN. . . .


the canoe man came to the rescue. . .hahaha. .su told me that,while his was on his way to my direction,he shouted,"yo brudder! hold on brudder!". .i of koz,din hear those words from him. .he then grabbed my arm n told me to collect myself. .(aku mmg da relek pun). .kakaka. .ye2 jek. .anw,while i grabbed hole of the canoe's nose,or whatever you call it,he paddled back to shore. .asked me whether i was ok anot. .and questioned y i din call for help. .ane lar aku tau. .nga mabuk2 ginik. .haiyer!



FINALLY. . . .

got back to the shore i saw 2 policeman standin. .1 of them askd me d same qn. .bt i juz replied w/ a smile lar. ."hah..ya2..im ok,im ok..=) " d rescue man then took my particulars. .they have to write a report u see. .n lucky dey nvr kol ma hse sia! 2 yg lg menyeramkn. .wakakak. .my frens were all laughing away and so was i albeit ma stomach was feelin kinda bloated. .coz while i was in the water,i took multiple gulps of the sea water. .yaickz! =/


"aku igt ko main2 sak..skali btul2..wakkakak!"Su laughed. ."aku igt td bdk ane,aku uat bdh uh. .skali kau. .kecoh siol,"Enul continued. .we all had our laughs. .

lookin back,i noe it could be much worst n d moz unfortunate thing could hppn to me. .my life was spared. .n i was dead lucky. .=D. .

we headed for home with me,enul n su takin d train back to Woodlands,Marsiling and lydia headin for Potong Pasir. .


All that was @ Sentosa. .n that is only part [I]. .


now,for part [II]. .

as we began to get closer towards Woodlands,the clouds began to get "teary" and heavy downpour was again,inevitable. .i called my mum that i would wait for the rain to subside a lil. .

as i waited,i so called "wakaf-ed" Causeway Point n den juz dcided to giv it a run. .coz i was gettin freakin bored. .

from CWP,there are two traffic junctions which I have to cross. .One is outside the OCBC bank. .or is it DBS? what the hell,it's ard thr. .and the second one is after walkin under the sheltered walkway. .

this was what happened. .halfway while racing for the other end of the traffic junction,my right slipper just gave way i went running on the road wif oni my left still intact slipper for a second. .so, i had to run back and take my right slipper and just continue running with my bare right foot. .

2dae has been a rather eventful dae. .coz of the fact that ma dad is renting a car for today n tmrw. .a Red Hyundai Matrix to b more specific. .is tat d reason y this post is in red as well? ahakz. .ive no idea. .anw,kicked off d dae wit me havin 2 wake up @ ard 9/9.30. .gotta accompany dad to get d car @ d carpark opp. 888..

den went home,had breakfast n headed 2 east coast park whr ma fam n i had a mini picnic. .ma bro played d guitar. .i din noe he was tat fired up 2 bring along his Korg gadget n a jag. .hahah. .anw,i dcided tat i wana take d swim @ d sea. .maklumlar,it has bn more den a decade since i stepped onto tis park. .along with all d othr coast parks available. .haha~ took off ma shirt,bt den hesitated 4 a while. .because....i din wana go alone lar. . . wahahahah. . step segan jek. . bt i reli was lar. .dun noe y. .so,i asked ma dad along. .den finally i get a taste of salt water . .

d current was quite strong sia. .high tide sumore. .den as usual,skimmers were ard. .aftr ard 30 mins of soaking in d natural jacuzzi(haha),walked d whole stretch of shoreline wif ma dad. .along d way,i dunoe y. .bt d skimmers looked @ me strangely. .mayb dey were envious of ma hot bod eh. . . wakakaka! prsn siol. . x). . .anw,aftr tat,continued wif ma spa treatment. .of having being pulled n pushed by d current. .ahakz. .2 b honest,it was actuali relaxing n @ d same tym,fun sia.

anw,dcided 2 pack up as it started 2 drizzle. .n it got heavier and heavier. .and. . .much heavier. .ran 4 shelter n stood thr 4 abt 20 mins. .ma dad n i dcided 2 juz run 2 d toilet n take a shower. .so,we did. .while we were doin tat,d rain stopped. .thank God. .we den brought ourselves back 2 d car. .ma bro n i had a quick meal in d car n den we headed 2 boon lay whr we visited ma auntie's new hse. .

tis is wen d moz happening ting hppnd. .along d way,it started 2 rain again. .oni tis tym,it was much2 heavier. .evn d vision on d windscreen was blurred n ma dad had 2 drive slower. .wait,thrs more. .sumwhr @ jurong east,b4 d Science Centre. . . .jeng jeng jeng. . . .FLOOD!

yes ppl. . .thr was flooding. .nt as major as in north msia/thailand lar. .bt d flood was roughly ard d height of ur shin. .slightly below d knee. .woah~. .while i marvelled @ motorists splashing away,i tot tat was it. .bt i was wrng. .d flood continued all d way until lakeside if im nt wrng. .i lykd it actuali. . hahah. .hey,its nt evrydae u get 2 xpirience flooding in spore ryt?

anw,d flood was caused by d overflowing water in d drains. .i was surprised tat evn tho d drains were sumwat deep n wide,water was still overflowing. .den reached ma auntie's hse,n den headed home. .

i immediately took a bath. .let free d remaining sand. .ahakz. .

2mrw go out again wif ma fam. .dunoe whr. .bt i'l juz tag along. .

anw,i woke up with a bloody headache. .it has been lingering since ydae nyte. .im nt sure y. .i tried 2 slp it off,woke up. .its still thr,dcided to down a couple of paracetamols a.k.a Panadols. .hahah~

bathe and ate and on d com again. .this tym played Yahoo! pool with a fren of mine n sum of his frens as well. .as xpektd,i was da CHAMP. .lolx. .anw,2 b more specific,he's ma TRU(toys r us) colleague. .

by 7 hours before 12 am(do ur mths ppl..wakakka),ma mom was "pet potting" away. .so i had no choice bt 2 give d com sum rest. .@ 1st i tot of dozing off bt den,ma efforts 2 do so were futile n thus,watched d repeat telecast of DIA. .wahahaha. .y m i laughing. .? because. . . . .i m sooo not big into indon dramas. .n it was rather unusual for me to watch it. .

its a gd ting i did btw coz i continued to gaze @ d TV until 9.30. .hahah. .switched to ch 5 from 7pm onwards. .starting off with ape eh . .nta da lupa. .see?short term memory again. .bt i noe d laz programme i watched was Criss Angel's Mindfreak. .gd shw btw. .ahakz. .
